NO going topless, unless you work in a fish shop

One of the UK's most absurd laws states that only a clerk in a tropical fish store has permission to be topless in public in Liverpool.

Among other good laws, It is illegal to die in the houses of Parliament (think this has something to do with anyone who dies in houses of parliament being entitled to a full state funeral - as if you didnt know)

Another one from back in the 17th Century states it's illegal to eat a mince pie on Christmas
